Our chef sublimates the cheese with breathtaking recipes...
A warm room, with a fireplace in the winter… a terrace in the spring.
A cupboard full of fabulous cheeses, at least 50 of them chosen and matured by us.
Our waiters will be there to advise you on a wine corresponding to the dish and cheeses chosen.
The fireplace is also a way for us to cook, we propose beautiful entrecote steaks cooked on the embers accompanied by potatoes in dressing.
You will be able to taste the classics of cheese recipes: fondue, raclette, but also a whole range of cheese dishes and starters imagined by our chef: Tapas de ouf, the discovery trilogy or the Tomme de Savoie with Morels....
